Dream Waves Journal Spiral Notebook

The Dream Waves Journal: Guided pages for recording and reflecting on your dreams.

Bringing curiosity and attention to our dreams can put us in touch with intuition, wisdom and the subconscious mind. This journal is just one tool to help you move intentionally along your waking journey. It includes seventy-five pages with simple daily prompts for dream recollection, with lines on the back of each page for for additional descriptions and reflections. Designed, printed and bound by hand in-house. I designed this as a response to what kind of journaling experience I wanted for my own dream recall, and I hope it helps others too!
